UNCASVILLE—Diana Taurasi and Sue Bird are coming home … kinda sorta. The two UConn,
WNBA and Olympic women’s basketball legends will be coming back to the Nutmeg
State when to participate in a special evening of conversation moderated by yet
another Connecticut basketball icon, Rebecca Lobo, on March 27 at the Mohegan
Sun Arena. The event, originally scheduled for Feb. 12, had to be rescheduled
due to inclement weather. It will begin at 7 p.m.The price of admission is $100 for non-Season Ticket Members. And while that may sound like a tad pricey, it really isn’t when you consider that it can be used towards a 2019 Sun ticket plan. Or, if one prefers, it can be donated to send underserved kids and their families to games this summer.
